My interest in fitness began as I was playing high level competitive hockey. I have a passion for sports and even though I am no longer involved at the high level of competitive sports, I still continue to play and enjoy my time on skates and in the field.

The passion for sport drove me to start up a facility that was not just designed for weight lifting but also to accommodate an athlete no matter what sport they were training for. During this time I fell in love with the sport of body building and I am currently pursuing this new path in my fitness career.

When I took over Fitness 4 Life my goal was to create a space where anyone could walk in and feel comfortable enough to try something new, or get started on their path to better health. I feel blessed to have helped so many individuals over the past 10 years and look forward to helping many more before.
